Registration

To register for continuing education courses, you can register via phone (702-774-2683) using the course number.

Early Registration
If there is a course-fee reduction for early registration, the reduction and the deadline will be found on the course brochure of the course for which you are registering.

Course Cancellation
You may register for any course up to the day of the course if there is space. We reserve the right to cancel courses 30 days or more in advance of the scheduled course date. We recommend that you delay reserving air flights and hotel rooms until this deadline passes as expenditures for this purpose are not reimbursed by UNLV. Any course cancelled by the school will result in a return of course registration fees, or fees may be credited to future course work.

If you cancel at least 30 days prior to the course date:

  • Your total course fees will be returned.
  • Any fees paid by check will be reimbursed by check and may require four to six weeks.
  • Credit card payments will be credited to the card used for course registration.

If you cancel within 30 days but more than two weeks prior to the course date:

  • There is a $40 cancellation fee, unless a separate policy is stated for a specific class or classes.
  • Any fees paid by check will be reimbursed by check and may require four to six weeks.
  • Credit card payments will be credited to the card used for course registration.

If you cancel within two weeks of the course date:

  • You will not receive a refund, but your payment can be applied to future courses.

Online Registration
You will be registering through UNLV’s Continuing Education site, and your successful registration will be confirmed by e-mail within 24 hours of your registration (often within minutes).
